This page provides a brief overview on TRP channel subfamilies.

  1. The table provides general :help information of the subtypes, including UniprotKB IDs and amino acid sequences
  2. PPI summatry matrix provides overall information on PPIs among TRP channel subtypes and their interacting proteins.
  3. Click the symbols, and you can get detailed information on all the chosen interactions. If you place the mouse pointer over the symbols, you will see the brief description of the contents.
