This page presents the TRP channel and its interacting proteins in the TRIP Database. At any page, you will be able to access the interaction information of the TRP channel by clicking the TRP channel of your interest in the TRP channel selector on the left side of the page.

1. 'At a glance' view provides summarized information on all the interactions for the chosen TRP channel.
2. Click 'In detail', and you can get detailed information on all the interactions for the chosen TRP channel (see Tutorial 4).
3. Click the blue box and it reorganizes so that the known interaction information comes on top. Click the blue column label (e.g., 'Interactors') and it reorganizes in the alphabetic orders.
4. Click the double-sided arrow to know more details on the interactions between two proteins
5. You are able to look into more detailed information on the TRP channel-interacting protein. If you click on the magnifying glass next to the interactor of interest, you will be able to see more details on the all the types of TRP channels, which interact with the protein.
6. Pubmed ID (PMID) for the article that contains the interactions of this row. If you click the Pubmed ID, you will see details of the article including the title, authors, and the abstract, and all the interactions that the article contains. If you place the mouse pointer over the Pubmed ID, you will see the brief information of the article
